With your consent, we may collect and process certain personal information during the hiring process, including:
We will collect personal information from you, including biometric information, strictly for identity authentication and anti-cheat tracking during the interview process. To perform this evaluation, the system will record and temporarily store the video and audio of your interview session. This data includes:
This system does not monitor, infer, or store data regarding your emotions, mood, stress levels, psychological state, personality traits, protected characteristics, or likelihood of success in a role. The tool does not make hiring decisions. The tool relies on artificial intelligence and provides automated data signals to our hiring team to detect synthetic media, deepfakes, or real-time unauthorized assistance. It is not used to assess your qualifications, job suitability, personality traits, emotional state, or likelihood of success in a role. No candidate will be automatically disqualified based on AI-generated signals. Any fraud-related concerns are reviewed and validated by human recruiters before a decision is made.
We do not sell, lease, trade, rent, or otherwise profit from your biometric information or other personal information collected through this process. Furthermore, we do not disclose, share, or disseminate this data to third parties unless you explicitly authorize it, or as required by state or federal law.
All biometric data will be held until the end of the candidacy period. The biometric data will be permanently and irreversibly destroyed when the initial purpose for collecting it has been satisfied, or within 30 days following the conclusion of your candidacy, whichever occurs first.
Providing your consent is voluntary. If you do not consent to biometric monitoring or AI conversational analysis, you may update your recording preferences here [insert link]. Updating your recording preferences is immediate and will be reflected in our systems. Choosing not to participate will not adversely affect the review of your qualifications for employment. A separate interview process will be provided if you do not consent. If you wish to withdraw your consent after the interview has concluded, you may request immediate data deletion by emailing visiting our Rights Requests portal.
We are committed to providing reasonable accommodations in accordance with applicable law to any candidate with a disability to allow them to fully participate in the recruitment process. If you require a reasonable accommodation, please contact us at: myHR@rgare.com.
