What We Do

Through a partnership with international consultancy Mercer | Sirota, RGA conducts bi-annual employee satisfaction surveys to capture honest perspectives on ways to improve organizational wellbeing and create an environment where our employees and all people feel safe, valued, and respected. We stand in solidarity with marginalized groups, and we encourage RGA employees to voice any concerns. Only by listening can we ignite the full creativity and potential of our diverse workforce.

Difference is not always comfortable; it is always powerful. Diverse perspectives and personalities can challenge assumptions and biases. We embrace this challenge. At RGA, we view differences not as problems to solve but as opportunities to learn and grow. RGA has made progress in embedding diversity into our strategy and our employee Code of Conduct.  A Global Diversity and Inclusion Council of executive leaders oversees the implementation of this strategy. Employees have also formed regional diversity and inclusion councils, and Employee Resource Groups provide forums to share insight and guide the organization. Through speaker series and community outreach, our local offices also promote employee wellbeing and provide community support.
