“RGA is like one big family. Everyone is happy to support one another, and we see open sharing and collaboration within teams and across functions. This is a very diverse culture where we welcome differing views and opinions. RGA is very fast-paced and growth-oriented; we are encouraged to take risks and experiment. Employees can pursue different interests and roles to progress in their own careers, and we are appropriately rewarded and recognized for our experience, expertise and contributions. While our jobs are demanding, there are so many opportunities to have fun.”

“At RGA, it doesn’t matter who you are or where you are from. Everyone collaborates together to focus on solving problems and delivering the best solution for our clients. I truly believe that RGA’s greatest assets are its people, and I feel honored to be part of such a dynamic and innovative team.”
